This delicious salsa, which is spicy, sweet, hot and sour, is a perfect accompaniment to seared tuna or any grilled fresh fish.
¼ spanspek, deseeded, peeled and cut
into small cubes
2 spring onions, chopped
2 red chillies, deseeded and chopped
a few sprigs fresh coriander
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
