Festuca glauca ‘Silver Eyecatch’

Silver Eyecatch

A low-growing, tufted, perennial grass with fine silver foliage. The flower spikes, borne in summer, also have a distinctly silver-green hue about them.
‘Silver Eyecatch’ is effective as a ground cover when planted en masse and yet a single specimen growing in a pot can be equally impressive. These plants are best set off by a mulch of gravel or pebbles around them. Each clump can grow to 30cm tall in flower, and equally as wide. They prefer cold, dry climatic conditions.
