This Hyde Park family home and garden is unusual in that you are able to move through the different areas (rooms) showing various styles. The Walled Garden has 40 terracotta pots showcasing a variety of citrus. Apples and roses have been espaliered on the walls. This leads to a forested garden underplanted with yellow clivia. A cedar block path leads you to a large vegetable garden with the greenhouse as the centre feature.

The beautiful ‘Colette Stella’ rose fills both sides of the rose garden. On Sundays, the family meets in the pool house with a tennis court to braai and play tennis.

Directions: From Oxford Road, turn into Bompas Road. Turn Right onto Craddock Avenue and continue onto Melville Road. Turn left onto Third Road and right into Ninth Road.
