George Open Gardens 2025

Since 2010, this annual event, initiated by friends of BADISA, has raised vital funds while celebrating the beauty of local gardens. Explore as many as five fresh additions and five favorites from previous years. A wide range of gardens are included from compact retirement and town gardens to productive food plots, serene bonsai spaces, plant collections and larger gardens.
Time: 9:00-16:00
Tickets: R70 per adult. Free for school-going children. Tickets and maps available on the day from 36 Stander Street and 13 Glenwood Avenue.
