10th Annual Noordhoek Open Gardens

Saturday 19 – Sunday 20 October 2024

This year will be the 10th Noordhoek annual Open Gardens event and they are planning to make it an even bigger celebration of Noordhoek’s beautiful gardens than ever!

The Noordhoek Environmental Action Group will offer guided tours of the Chapman’s Peak Nature Sanctuary, where visitors will learn about eco-systems that once covered large parts of Noordhoek and are mapped as critical biodiversity areas by the City of Cape Town.

Visitors will be able to pick their own vegetables, enjoy wine tasting, and buy plants and garden treasures at different gardens. Some gardeners, who are also artists and potters, will allow a peek into their studios.

Time: 10:00-17:00, some gardens are open on both days and a few only on the Saturday or the Sunday.

Tickets: R25 per garden, R150 day pass, R250 weekend pass. Children under 18 free and there is a pensioner’s discount.
