Rhus crenata

Dune Crowberry

Rhus crenata

The Rhus crenata resembles a bamboo with thick clumps with slender side branches and delicate rosettes of foliage that lie in stem nodes.

This gives the plant a feathery appearance. It is a popular form of foliage in the cut-flower industry. Golden brown flower plumes appear in spring, followed by dark brown seeds in summer. This large fast-growing and sun-loving plant reaches a size of 2 x 1,5m. Can take light shade and light frost.
