This large evergreen Hibiscus rosa-sinensis shrub reaches 2 x 2m and makes a lovely hedge or screening plant that produces single, medium-sized, tomato-red flowers.

It needs a light pruning in spring and a slow release 3:1:5 fertiliser in spring, midsummer and autumn. Plant in full sun to light shade and protect from heavy frost.
