Malus oribunda

Japanese Crab Apple

Malus Oribunda

Malus Oribunda is a small, deciduous tree that is smothered in delicate blossoms during spring. The deep, cerise-pink buds form along the length of the slender branches and open into blooms of the palest pink or white.

Malus Oribunda can either be trained into a single-stemmed tree or left to grow into a multi-branched shrub that sometimes suckers from the base.
