Eco Rubber™ is an established, proudly South African waterproof­ing manufacturer with its origins firmly rooted in the rugged Eastern Cape. Imported European products proved ineffective in harsh African conditions, and the need for a product speci­fically developed for the rigorous climate was identified.

Eco Rubber™ accepted the challenge and meticulously developed a resilient brand of waterproofing that far exceeded the demands of the regional environment – a home-grown product range durable enough to withstand local and international requirements. The particular issues of durability, ease of application, flexibility, surface coverage and environmental friendliness were all successfully addressed, and the Eco Rubber™ waterproof­ing product range was launched.

Our initial focus soon shifted from application to retail as the product proved itself and demand for our revolutionary waterproof­ing grew. Eco Rubber™ DIY Kits, introduced to the trade in 2016, are now available in more than 500 retail outlets nationwide. The company’s planned expansion continued with the introduction of over 40 national Agencies and 2 international representatives to date.

Commitment to our core values and vision, hard work and dedication has resulted in the substantial growth of Eco Rubber™. Increased production output at the manufacturing plant in Port Elizabeth required a larger factory, and an increased complement of agents, retailers and personnel meant a recent move to bigger premises for the Head Office in Jeffreys Bay.

Eco Rubber is an acrylic polymer emulsion coating engineered to provide exceptional adhesive, elastic and protective properties.

Wood Rubber

Wood Rubber has been specially formulated to waterproof different wood surfaces (log cabins, wendy houses, wooden decks, facia boards, etc.). It is UV resistant and can handle high traffic.
