Asian Beef and Orange Kebabs
Ingredients for the Asian Beef Kebabs
500g beef ribeye, cut into cubes (you can use your favourite cut of meat instead of the ribeye)
Juice and zest of 2 oranges
2 oranges, each cut into 8 wedges
125ml hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Pinch salt and pepper
Make a marinade for the asian beef by mixing the orange juice and zest, hoisin, chilli flakes, olive oil, salt and pepper. Marinate the chunks of meat for at least an hour.
Thread the meat onto skewers, alternating meat with orange wedges. Braai the kebabs until done on each side, brushing with marinade as they cook.
