Tequila Lime Prawns and Chipotle Mayo

Tequila Lime Prawns
Ingredients:
500g prawns in their shells
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons tequila
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper
Method:
Marinade the prawns for 30 minutes before grilling. Skewer smaller prawns onto pre-soaked wooden sticks so that they are easy to grill and cook on the grill for 5-7 minutes, turning once.
Chipotle Mayo

Chipotle Adobo Mayo
¼ cup mayonnaise

Juice of ½ lime or lemon
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt to taste
Blend together and serve!
