Gardenia augusta ‘Impulse' var. White Gem

Like most of the gardenias, this plant has wonderfully fragrant single and waxy white flowers. This variety is a dwarf evergreen (40 x 80 cm) with dark green foliage that needs good air circulation to discourage foliar disease. It likes full sun and makes an excellent patio plant. The soil needs to be acidic, moist and with good drainage to get the best results. Avoid planting in high frost areas unless it’s protected.
