Chilli Kale Stir Fry
Make kale the hero of your veggie side dishes with this easy and healthy stir-fry.
1 bunch kale, sliced thinly
1 onion, finely chopped
2-3 chillies, chopped
2-3 sprigs of thyme
Olive oil
Prepare all the ingredients. Add a glug of olive oil to a pan or wok and sauté the onions until soft. Add the kale, chillies and thyme and stir for a few minutes until wilted. Serve as a vegetable side dish with any meat or as a vegetarian option with pasta.
